- Local anti-torture resolutions – How-To Guide”: Early in 2012, the Chicago City Council unanimously passed a resolution declaring the city of Chicago a “torture free zone”. The Illinois Campaign Against Torture (ICAT), which provided leadership for the organizing effort that won passage of the resolution has prepared this "how-to" guide for other communities wanting to pursue similar resolutions.

“Repairing the Brokenness: A Faithful Response to U.S.-sponsored Torture,” NRCAT’s 10-minute video presenting perspectives from several faith leaders about repentance, redemption and healing the soul of our nation from the brokenness resulting from the use of torture. Within that context, the video addresses the need for accountability for U.S.-sponsored torture and provides information about NRCAT’s call for a Commission of Inquiry.
