Banners and Bumper Stickers

NRCAT has designed a new banner and two new bumper stickers that focus on the need for a Commission of Inquiry to conduct an impartial investigation of U.S.-sponsored torture and to pass new legislation making elements of President Obama’s executive order halting torture permanent in law.
